This text addresses the literacy needs of diverse learners that populate today's K-12 classroom. A focus on using multiple forms of litercy to meed the needs including textbased materials, technology, visual literacy, and the performing arts. This text also focuses on teh strengths and needs of chidlren as well as speical needs in order to differentiate instruction.
